When will my order be shipped?

All orders received by 3 p.m. (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day .

How long does shipping take?

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days , depending on your location. We currently only deliver within Germany .

Who do you ship with and is my package insured?

We ship with DHL – fast, reliable, and with tracking . Your package is, of course, insured .

What payment methods are available?

You can pay conveniently with us – for example with PayPal, credit card, Klarna invoice, Apple Pay or Google Pay .

How does the return work?

It's easy: Contact us using the contact form , and we'll send you a free return label . You don't have to worry about anything else.

Is crisp paper compostable or does it belong in the general waste?

Crispy paper is made of food-safe, unbleached special paper – but as soon as it has come into contact with grease or food residue, it belongs in the general waste .

If it 's still clean , it can be put in the paper bin in some regions—but this depends on local regulations. If in doubt, it's better to put it in the general waste.

Is crisp paper really plastic-free and free of harmful substances?

Yes! It contains no plastic, no PFAS, no BPA —completely food-safe and safe for you and your family.

Does crisping paper fit in every air fryer?

Our sizes fit most standard air fryers . Please check the dimensions in the product description before purchasing to be sure.

Can I reuse crisp paper?

It's intended as a disposable product —for optimal hygiene and best results. If it's barely dirty, you may be able to reuse it.

Can I also use crisping paper in the oven?

Yes, it's possible—but please don't heat it above 220°C . Higher temperatures could damage the paper.
